We want you and your dog to love every TailComfort product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Comfort Guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason: wrong size, didn't love it, your dog wasn't a fan — that's fine with us. Items must be:

Unused (or lightly used and clean)
In the original packaging when possible
Free of strong odors, pet hair clumps, or damage

How to start a return

Email support@tailcomfort.com with your order number and the reason for return.
We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and a return authorization number (RMA).
Ship the item back. (Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.)
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Refund method

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Defective, damaged, or wrong items

If your order arrived defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or product is to return the original and place a new order. If you need help with sizing, reach out before ordering — we're happy to recommend.

Non-returnable items

Personalized / custom-name products (made just for your dog — can't be resold)
Gift cards
Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened (e.g. unsealed poop-bag rolls)

Exception: defective personalized items will always be replaced.

Late or missing refunds

If 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still don't see it, please check with your bank first, then email us. We'll trace it together.
