We ship worldwide from our supplier warehouses in China. Estimated delivery time to the United States is 6-15 business days after processing.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order amount required.

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at support@tailcomfort.com. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at support@tailcomfort.com and we will investigate the issue immediately.

WRONG ADDRESS
TailComfort is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
