At TailComfort, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN
Email us at returns@tailcomfort.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@tailcomfort.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
