Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email us within 6 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on US orders over $49 (thresholds vary by region; see Shipping Policy).

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Order page or reply to the shipping email asking for an update anytime.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs fees, if any, are the recipient's responsibility.

How do I choose the right size for my dog?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart based on your dog's neck, chest, and weight. When in doubt, size up — or email us your dog's measurements and we'll recommend.

Are TailComfort products safe for puppies / senior dogs?

Yes. Our products are designed with breathability, low pressure points, and adjustable fit. For specific health concerns, consult your vet before use.

Are your products waterproof / machine-washable?

It depends on the product. Each listing has clear care instructions — most fabric items are spot-clean or machine-washable on cold/gentle.

Are the harnesses really "no-pull"?

Our front-clip no-pull harness redirects forward energy instead of allowing your dog to drag forward. It works best when paired with consistent walking cues — not a magic solution, but a major improvement for most dogs within the first week.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email support@tailcomfort.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Can I return personalized items?

Only if they arrive defective. Custom-name items are made specifically for your dog and can't be resold.

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout is available. But creating an account lets you track orders, save your address, and earn loyalty rewards (coming soon).

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. You'll still receive transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates).
