We ship TailComfort products worldwide. Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing times, delivery windows, costs, and tracking.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
During promotional periods and major sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can track your package any time at track.tailcomfort.com (or by replying to your shipping confirmation email and asking us for an update).
If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, please reach out — we'll investigate immediately.
Customs & duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Most TailComfort items are low-value and fall under duty-free thresholds, but please check your local rules.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. After that window, the order may already be in fulfillment and we can't guarantee a change.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email support@tailcomfort.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damaged item. We'll replace or refund — no drama.
